There could be serveral reasons for this problem: 1) only 4 simultaneous downloads from the SAME IP are allowed that means if your online with a proxy or in a school you will have troubles downloading 2) your bowser cant handle ftp downloads solution: get better software ? like Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer 3) you are banned! why banned ? if you "hammer" the server you will get banned what does "hammer" mean ? if you try to connect to the ftp more than 4 times in one SECOND (everyone with download manager should get the right settings) 4) Due the fact that 90% of the IP bans are from INDONESIA - MALAYSIA - SINGAPUR - these countries are blocked from my site Zurück zum Seitenanfang Why are the downloads so slow? the download speed depends on in which country you are the download server is located in germany, if you live in Asia your download will be slow everyone in europe should get a decent download speed ( i get 1400kb/s) Zurück zum Seitenanfang Are Download Managers allowed? YES -- BUT: just 2 rules: not more than 4 downloads at the same time dont hammer the server If you have no idea how to configure your download manager then just DONT USE IT! most used DL managers: Flashget, DownThemAll, Download Accelerator, Download Master, FreshDownload, GetRight, Internet Download, Mass Downloader, Orbit Downloader, wget, ...................................................
